COMMISSION PROCEDURE
Here's how the process of commissioning me will go!
Read my Terms of Service FIRST.
Look at my rates and examples, and decide what you want.
Fill out and submit the linked form - LINK
If I accept your commission, I'll send you a confirmation email.
At this point, send half of the total price, or, you can pay the entire amount upfront if you prefer. When ordering just a sketch, you will pay the full amount upfront.
Then, once I finish it, I'll send you the sketch, and if everything looks correct, you can send the rest of the total, I’ll finish the artwork, and then send it to you when I’m done!
TERMS OF SERVICE
I know it's long, but please read this in its entirety, It's very important information!
➤ I reserve the right to reject any commission for any reason.
➤ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
➤ Accepted currency = USD via Kofi and Cash App.
➤ Commissions can be paid 50% after sketch approval and 50% when the sketch is finished (or 100% upfront if you wish, or if you want only a sketch).
➤ Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
➤ Once I send you the sketch, please tell me if there are any changes that need to be made.
➤ A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final artwork - unless a misunderstanding has been made on my end; the amount is dependent on how big the change is, but generally won't exceed $5 - $10
➤ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
➤ I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
➤ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, and in publications such as art books. However, you can ask me not to post it before a certain time if, for example, the artwork is for someone's birthday.
➤ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels (with proper credit).
➤ You may NOT use my art to feed an AI or sell as an NFT
➤ You may NOT profit from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, making prints, etc).
➤➤ Essentially, do not do anything that has to do with money with this artwork.
➤ The following is considered copyright infringement:
➤➤ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
➤➤ Claiming the artwork as your own, copying, tracing, or heavily referencing the image.
➤➤ Altering the artwork without my consent.
➤ Once I start the commission, you will not receive a full refund if you decide to cancel.
➤➤ For example, If I have just the lineart done, and you initially wanted a fully colored and shaded artwork, you will have to pay the price of the lineart ($10 - $15), and you will receive whatever I have finished.
➤➤If, for example, I have started the lineart, and have not finished it, you can either receive just the sketch, or the unfinished lineart, and the price will depend on how much was drawn.
➤ If, for any reason, I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
➤ If you cancel your order before I start it, you can recieve a full refund.At this moment in time, I do not have a set fee for artwork that will be sold via merch, but I do plan to offer this in the future.

➤ Content Creators (I can make exceptions; just ask!)
